OUR SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
At JSB we offer a 3-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are unsatisfied with your product, then you can return or exchange it within 3 calendar days from the date you received the shipment (including the day you received it). A 15% (minimum $25 per item) restocking fee will apply to all returned items and must meet the following criteria:
1. Item must be in new, unused condition
2. Item must not be worn, stained, dirty (including hair of any type) or altered in any manner
3. Item must be returned in original packaging
4. Item must be returned before your wedding date
5. Item must not be a custom order dress
6. Returns will not be provided for bras, lingerie or shoes
To return an item, you must contact us to obtain an RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) number. You will be provided with an RMA form to fill out. You must then ship back your item before the 3rd calendar day from the date you received it (including the day you received the item). The shipment must be sent and post-marked within the 3 days along with a tracking number. You will be responsible for all shipping costs. We must receive the returned shipment within 2 weeks. Once we receive your returned shipment please allow up to 2 weeks to process your return.
Exchanges will be provided with an instore credit towards another purchase.
Items will not be accepted for return or exchange if they do not meet the above listed criteria.

ACCEPTED FORMS OF PAYMENT
We use PayPal on our website to allow for secure payment transfer, which will allow you to use any major credit card (such as VISA, MasterCard, American Express) or email money transfer.
You can purchase your bridal gown or bridal party dresses and accessories through our layaway program over a period of up to 6 months. You have the option of making weekly, bimonthly, or monthly payments. You can also make unscheduled payments. A $75 layaway deposit (which goes toward the purchase of your order) is required and is non-refundable.
Your items will be ordered once full payment has been received. You can login to your account to check your order balance as you make your scheduled payments. See our layaway page for more information.
SHIPPING
We ship our bridal gowns and accessories world wide with only a few exceptions.
All orders are shipped through either Fedex or Postal Mail Service depending on the destination address.
When placing your order you will be prompted for your shipping address and you will see your shipping costs before finalizing your order.
All bridal gowns and bridal party dresses are shipped after an 8 - 10 week production period. Delivery after this period usually take 5 - 6 business days within North America, and up to 15-20 days overseas.
When ordering a bridal gown you have the option to select rush delivery which cuts down production time to 6 weeks + delivery.
The purchaser is responsible for all duties and customs charges where applicable.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Orders can be cancelled within 48 hours of placing your order. Please email or customer service to cancel your order within this timeframe.
